Hours of operation: Varies by season. During the summer months, our store is open Tuesday-Friday noon to 7:00, and Saturday 10-5. Unfortunately, business during the winter months in Chicago is on the slow side, so we limit our store hours a bit more. (That's good for you, as it will give us more time to build your clubs.) If you want to talk to us and don't find us in the store, just leave a message, or an E-mail - with the time you'd like us to call you back. We'll get back to you promptly.
Warranty: Two years, repair or replacement.
Guarantee: For starters, when you get your clubs, if you're not 100% satisfied with the obvious quality and appearance, feel free to send them back for a full refund, less shipping costs. Unfortunately, it's hard to offer a 30 day "try out" guarantee without having some people take unreasonable advantage. If you get your clubs, and honestly feel the performance should be better, we will work with you (maybe a new shaft, or possibly an exchange). We'll be fair and reasonable if you are.
